Business Impact Systems — 1993 – 1999 — Founder, President& CEO of IT professional services corporation which was 100% IT service based ,focused on both commercial (80%) and government (20%) clientele. Built BIS with no employees and no financing into the #1 Fastest Growing Technology Company in the Washington DC area; the fastest in the state of Virginia and #13 in the entire United States. Sold BIS to Denver based Ciber, Inc. in 1999 and retired at 39 years old. McLister was awarded Runner-Up Entrepreneur of the Year Honorsby both KPMG and and Ernst and Young in back to back years.

Participate on business corporate boards – Corporate business board of directors

Family focused and youth coach in football, baseball and basketball (both boys and girls). Participated on business corporate boards and youth coaching boards. Enjoyed developing all 5 children training and grow into playing collegiate level sports and 2 at the professional level sports – 2 Golf, 1 Fast pitch softball, 1 Football and 1 Tennis.

Hobbies: 26 Year High School Varsity Basketball Official in both VA and Florida. Officiate regular seasons, District Playoffs, Regional Playoffs and selected to referee the Florida State Final 4’s (3 times). Financial contributor to Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter, Project Horse, Amvets, local HS Athletic departments, underprivileged youth education, etc.
